We know that rental properties take a little extra time to make sure we capture all the details. From the custom amenities offered in unit, to community spaces, to the extra little luxuries you spent time curating - our rental pricing ensures it all gets covered. This option also comes with an extended license so you can use the images for the life of the rental.

What is your service area
We serve the greater Chicagoland area. Most towns within Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, and Will counties are covered without a travel fee. If your property is further out, let us know and we can quote you for travel.
When Will I get my photos
When it comes to rental properties, we know how important this media is. We take our time with the edits, and most are ready within 5-7 business days.
Can I reschedule or cancel my shoot
We allow one complimentary reschedule or cancellation per property if we are notified at least 24 hours in advance.
Can I add services to my scheduled shoot
Absolutely! We request at least 24 hours notice if you'd like add services so we can make sure to bring additional equipment and account for additional appointment time. Requests on site will be accommodated when possible. Additional services will result in changes to the final invoice.
How do I pay for my photos
You will be able to pay for your photos through your gallery.
